"Easy pickup and everything was right"
I grabbed a dozen kolaches and some coffee for pickup, it was such a smooth experience. Everything was exactly what I selected online, the flavors were labeled, nothing was missing, and they even remembered the extra napkins.
Compared to some other places where I’ve had to double-check bags or deal with missing items after getting back to the office, this was a relief. On a busy morning, quick pickup and no mistakes is pretty much all I can ask for.

"The place is fine, but the hours..."
The place is fine, but the hours really bug me. It feels like every time I actually want to stop by, they’re either closed or about to close. I just wish they stayed open later because it makes the whole experience kind of inconvenient.

"Still Thinking About How Cozy It Was"
I was just there recently, and it left a really good impression. The place felt clean, calm, and cozy without being too loud or busy. I actually enjoyed just sitting there for a while and relaxing.

the menu has a good mix... sweet stuff, meat options, even some breakfast things too. I wouldn’t say every single item is a hit, but there’s usually enough on there that I can find something I’m in the mood for.

"The rewards are honestly worth it"

"Bigger portions than I thought"
I stopped in for breakfast and, in my opinion, the kolaches were a lot more filling than I expected. I ordered two because I figured they’d be on the smaller side, but one was almost enough for me. For the price, I thought the size was really solid, and I definitely didn’t leave hungry

I was really hoping for a decent coffee, but it was weak. The drinks tasted watery, and there was this kind of stale flavor that was hard to ignore. Maybe it was just an off day, but it definitely left a bad impression

I’m always a little nervous ordering food online because I worry it won’t show up like the pictures, or I’ll feel kind of fooled when I open the box. But my kolaches arrived neat, fresh, and not smashed at all. The box was sturdy, and everything looked like it was packed with care. Really happy with how it showed up.

I really appreciated that these kolaches actually had a good amount of filling instead of being mostly dough. It feels honest when you get what you’re paying for, and these definitely delivered. They tasted really good too...

"Good Taste, but Watch the Prices"
Tried it out the food tastes good. No complaints there. Just a heads up for anyone in the area though, the prices do feel a bit on the high side for what you get. Worth checking out if you’re curious, but maybe peek at the menu first so you know what to expect.

The staff was really nice and fixed my order without making it feel like a whole big thing. The line did move a little slow, but everyone was friendly the whole time, so it wasn’t too bad. I’d go back.

"Parking is somehow always easy"
I go to Kolache Factory sometimes and one thing I really like is the parking situation, if that makes sense. It’s not one of those places where you circle around forever being annoyed. Even in the morning when it’s busy, I usually find a spot close. So I can just run in, get my food, and be on my way. It’s a small thing, but it makes the stop way nicer

I’ve ordered from Kolache Factory a few times now, the flavor keeps me coming back. I’m usually careful about spending on quick breakfast or snacks, but these feel worth it because they’re always fresh and filling. The bread is soft with just a little sweetness, which I really like. My favorite is the sausage and cheese one since it’s savory without feeling too heavy. The fruit ones are good too and not overly sweet. Everything has been warm and fresh when I get it. Simple food, but done really well. Definitely a 5-star spot for me.

"Too convenient for my own good"
This place being right on my usual drive is almost unfair. Parking is easy, so I can run in and grab kolaches way too fast before work. I blame them for making it impossible to drive by without stopping.

"My catering order showed up late"
I ordered catering and, the food itself was fine, but the delivery arrived later than I expected. It made things a little stressful on my end since I was waiting on it for everyone. Not a terrible experience, but the timing definitely could’ve been better.
